First, introduce the object.

Second, the introduction conditions
(1) Having China nationality.
(2) Abide by the Constitution and laws, and have good political quality and moral conduct.
(3) Having the academic degree, professional conditions and other conditions required for the introduction of posts.
(four) have the physical conditions that meet the requirements of the post and voluntarily work in Tianzhu.
(5) Under the age of 30 (born after 1 May 19901day). Master's degree is relaxed to 35 years old (1 born after May 1985 1), and doctoral degree is relaxed to 40 years old (1born after May 1980/). Applicants who have obtained a variety of academic qualifications shall register according to the academic qualifications and majors required by the post.

Third, the introduction method
According to the preliminary examination of online registration qualification, hold a special job fair or send a talent introduction team, and adopt on-site qualification review, interview assessment and other methods.

Fourth, introduce the procedure.
(1) Register online. Applicants should fill in the registration form and specify the positions to apply for (each person is limited to one position). The registration requirements for fresh graduates are ID card, student ID card, employment recommendation letter of graduates, transcripts and other relevant qualification certificates; The registration requirements for previous graduates are identity cards, self-recommendation, graduation certificates, academic degree certificates and other relevant qualification certificates. When applying for employment, employees must also provide a letter from their work units agreeing to participate in the application.
(2) preliminary qualification examination. The county talent introduction office shall, according to the registration form information and registration requirements, conduct preliminary qualification examination for online applicants, and notify those who meet the introduction conditions to participate in on-site qualification review. The application information and materials provided by the applicant must be true, accurate and effective. Anyone who forges or fraudulently uses relevant documents and materials to disturb the work order shall be disqualified and investigated for relevant responsibilities.
(3) qualification examination. According to the job requirements and the professional reference catalogue (20 16) such as the 2020 national civil service examination professional classification catalogue, the professional classification reference catalogue of civil servants in Gansu examination and employment organs and staff in reference to the civil service law management unit, the county talent introduction office will conduct on-site qualification examination on the registration requirements (which must be original) submitted by candidates. Those who pass the qualification review will participate in the interview assessment.
(4) interview assessment. The interview assessment is conducted by structured interview, which mainly tests the political quality, moral integrity, job-seeking motivation and the matching with the positions to be hired. If the ratio of the number of people entering the interview assessment to the index of the introduction plan is less than 1: 1, it is not competitive. With the consent of the county talent introduction office, an interview can be organized. If the interview score is lower than 85 points, the qualification for entering the next link will be cancelled.
(5) On-site signing. According to the interview and assessment results, the county talent introduction office determines the candidates to be introduced from high score to low score according to the job introduction plan, and signs the talent introduction agreement on the spot.
If the confirmed candidate to be introduced is unwilling to sign the contract for personal reasons, the qualification for signing the contract will be cancelled after the individual puts forward it in writing, and the contract will be signed in order from high score to low score according to the interview assessment results. Those whose interview score is lower than 85 will not be replenished.
(6) inspection and physical examination. If the candidate to be introduced is a former student, the recruitment procedures such as inspection and physical examination will be started immediately after the interview and assessment; For fresh graduates, they will be inspected and assessed in a unified way after they have obtained their diplomas and degree certificates at the normal graduation time of the school. The medical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the medical examination standard of newly hired civil servants. In the normal graduation time, if the inspection and physical examination fail or the school fails to obtain the diploma or degree certificate, the signed agreement will be invalid and the employment qualification will be cancelled.
(7) Promoting employment. Those who have passed the physical examination shall be publicized. If there is no problem during the publicity period or they meet the introduction conditions after verification, they shall be reported to the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau for review and filing, and the employment procedures shall be handled according to relevant regulations.

(4) The urgently needed talents introduced to Tianzhu County will be given a work subsidy of 6,543,800+0,000 yuan annually by the county finance during the five-year service period.
(five) when the husband and wife were introduced to get married and separated from each other across the county, upon their own application, the organization and personnel department shall coordinate and transfer them to the corresponding units according to the nature of their spouse status.

(7) The personnel who are introduced to the county talent exchange and development service center and transferred to state-owned enterprises will serve for 3 years. During the service period, the county talent exchange and development service center is responsible for handling personnel relations, positive grading, job promotion, job title evaluation and employment, salary adjustment, education and training. After the expiration of the service period, those who pass the examination will be arranged to work in institutions fully funded by the county finance, and voluntary work in enterprises will be encouraged.
Six, epidemic prevention requirements
