(2) If the applicant applies for it by himself in the trademark registration hall, he can follow the following steps:
Inquiry before applying for trademark registration (not a necessary procedure) → Prepare application documents → Submit the application documents at the acceptance window → confirm the submission of the application at the coding window → pay the trademark registration fee at the payment window → receive the fee receipt

2. Trademark registration application supplementation procedure (not required)
If the trademark registration application procedures are complete, the application documents are filled in in accordance with the regulations and the fees are paid, the Trademark Office will accept the application and notify it in writing Applicant; If the application procedures are not complete, the application documents are not filled in as required, or the fees are not paid, the Trademark Office will not accept the application and will notify the applicant in writing and explain the reasons. If the application procedures are basically complete or the application documents are basically in compliance with the regulations, but if they need to be supplemented or corrected, the Trademark Office will notify the applicant to make supplements and corrections, and the applicant shall make corrections according to the specified content and return them to the Trademark Office within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notification. If corrections are made and returned to the Trademark Office within the prescribed time limit, the application date will be retained; if corrections are not made within the time limit or corrections are not made as required, the Trademark Office will not accept the application and notify the applicant in writing.
3. Substantive examination procedures for trademark registration applications
The Trademark Office will examine the trademark registration applications accepted in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Trademark Law. If the registration application for the use of a trademark on some designated goods meets the regulations, it will be preliminarily reviewed and announced; if the registration application does not meet the regulations or the use of the trademark on some designated goods does not meet the regulations, it will be rejected or the use of the trademark on some designated goods will be rejected.
