1. Apply as a legal person, provide a copy of the business license or valid registration certificate and affix the official seal of the enterprise. When a natural person applies, he shall provide personal identity documents.

2. Submit the detailed information of the applicant, including name, nationality, nature, detailed address, postal code and contact information. One in Chinese and one in English.

3. Provide the brand name. The mode should be in JPG format, no more than 200kb, and clearly visible.
