If there is no brand you want to publish, it means no one has applied yet. You have to apply for it yourself.

Application steps:

Before you apply for brand addition, you need to prepare: brand name, registration number, brand owner, acceptance notice/registration certificate;

Step one: Enter the brand addition portal and confirm the brand name, registration number, brand owner, brand registration scope and other information corresponding to the trademark.

Step 2: Fill in the relevant information for brand application

1. Whether to apply or register in China: If the brand is applied for in mainland China, please select: "Yes"; Non-mainland China If applying, please select "No";

2. Confirm the brand name:

Please check the results obtained through the trademark website. The brand name filled in must be consistent with the brand name queried on the trademark website. The names are the same (Pinyin, Traditional Chinese, and graphic trademarks cannot be applied for addition). For details, please see How to fill in the brand name in the brand application? Failure to comply with the application will result in an error on the application page or failure to pass the review.

To apply for Chinese and English brands at the same time, the brand holder and the trademark registration category must be consistent before you can apply or merge the brands;

The brand category applied for addition must be consistent with the service list of the trademark. For example, if the scope of use of the brand is only clothing products, the brand cannot Apply for digital categories;

Some categories do not provide brand application. For details, please check: Why is there no category I need on the brand application page?

For a single application for brand addition, domestic brands can apply for a maximum of 10 categories, and foreign brands can only apply for a maximum of 1 category. If the number exceeds the number, please initiate a brand addition application again;

Step 3: After filling in the information, click "Submit".
