1. Submit the power of attorney for registration of bvi company.

2. The customer and the company sign a registration agreement.

3. Pay the registration fee, at least 50%.

4. Go through the formalities in the government department.

5. Directors sign relevant documents.

Application conditions for registering BVI company:

1, one or more shareholders aged 18 (mainland citizens or foreigners with passports or identity cards);

2. Having a registered address and a legal secretary of a limited company.

Information required to register BVI company:

1. Name of the company to be established (English or Chinese name)

2. Copies of identity cards or passports of all shareholders and directors.

3. Address certificates of all shareholders and directors (such as ID card address, utilities, telephone charges, etc.). )

4. Share distribution ratio (if there is more than one shareholder)
