1. Use the ellipse tool to draw a full circle with a black outline, and then hold down the shift key and drag.

2. Copy the exact circle drawn in the previous step and use Boolean operation after the two exact circles overlap.

3. Draw a reference circle and rotate the crescent around the reference circle. The logo has basically taken shape.

4. Fill in colors, add text, repair details and finish.
