There are two main ways to register a trademark. One is to register with China Trademark Office (located in Beijing), and the other is to register a trademark with an agency.
The process of registering a trademark is to design the trademark-inquire about the trademark (the most important thing)-prepare the materials needed to register the trademark (which will be described in detail later)-submit the registration application)-and wait for the success of registration (the Notice of Trademark Acceptance will be issued in about one week, and the registration will be successful in 1.5 years at the earliest).
The materials required to register a trademark are: a copy of the business license of individual industrial and commercial households; Identity card; Trademark identification; Category (product) of the registered trademark.
