Article 22 of the Trademark Law, where the logo of a registered trademark needs to be changed, a new application for registration shall be filed. If you make changes, you should apply again. You are now an unregistered trademark.

In addition, Article 44 of the Trademark Law stipulates that if a registered trademark is used in one of the following acts, the Trademark Office shall order it to correct or revoke its registered trademark within a time limit:

(1) Changing the registered trademark;

If the trademark you use is marked with R, you may be ordered by the Trademark Office to correct it or be revoked.

If you really want to change, it is recommended to apply again. Avoid unnecessary risks.
