Trademark office or trademark agency. The authorized use of stationery trademarks can be handled directly in the Trademark Office or in the trademark agency. The trademark registrant and the trademark user shall sign a trademark license contract, and the trademark registrant shall submit the contract for the record at the place where it is handled. If a trademark registrant handles it in an agency, it shall also submit a copy of the valid certificate to prove its identity, a copy of the license contract or a copy, and a trademark agency power of attorney.
