If an individual industrial and commercial household uses a name, the name shall be used as a registration matter. Store sign application procedures: Store signs cannot be hung casually. Signs must comply with relevant local management regulations. For example, double signs at the door and all-English signboards are not compliant in some areas, so store signs need to be applied to the city management department. It can only be installed after approval.
From January 1, 2016, the “two licenses into one” food business license will be implemented. The "Food Circulation License" and "Catering Service License" that have been applicable for many years will be replaced by the "Food Business License" issued uniformly by the District Food and Drug Administration.

Article 35 The state implements a licensing system for food production and operation. Article 37 Those who use new food raw materials to produce food, or produce new varieties of food additives or new varieties of food-related products, must submit relevant product safety assessment materials to the health administration department of the State Council. The health administrative department of the State Council shall organize an examination within 60 days from the date of receipt of the application; if it meets the food safety requirements, it shall grant permission and announce it; if it does not meet the food safety requirements, it shall deny permission and explain the reasons in writing.
