(1) When an enterprise undergoes morphological changes such as division, merger, restructuring and renaming, its trademark rights subject changes correspondingly, but it has not been transferred or renamed, that is, the trademark rights subject remains unchanged;

(2) the enterprise form has not changed, but the name of the trademark registrant has been changed by itself, that is, the subject of trademark right has been "improperly changed";

(3) Transferring a registered trademark to another person and using it in the name of another person;

(4) Improper use of trademark license.
