4. The applicant shall pay the certification fee for the use and application of the trademark.

Article 13 Rights of licensed users of "cold and black soil" certification trademark:

3. Give priority to technical training, trade negotiation, investment promotion, information and cultural exchange activities sponsored or co-organized by Suihua Black Soil Green Products Association;

Article 14 Obligations of the licensed user of the certification trademark of "cold black soil":

1. Maintain the unique quality, quality and market reputation of the green products of "cold black soil" to ensure the stable product quality;

2. Accept the occasional inspection of product quality and supervision of trademark use by the Association, and support the work of quality inspection and supervision personnel;

3. Article 16 The licensing contract signed between Suihua Cold Black Soil Green Products Association and the licensee of the certification trademark of "Cold Black Soil" shall be submitted to Suihua Administration for Industry and Commerce for filing and submitted to the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce for filing.

If the circumstances are serious and constitute a crime, the association will report to the judicial organ to investigate the criminal responsibility of the infringer according to law.

article 2 if the user of the certification trademark of "cold and black soil" violates these rules, Suihua cold and black soil green products association has the right to take back its Certification Trademark Permit and the certification trademark logo it has received, terminate the license contract for the use of the certification trademark with the user, and request the administrative department for industry and commerce to investigate and deal with it if necessary, or solve it through judicial channels. Article 21 The specific management fee standard for using the certification trademark of "cold black soil" shall be formulated by Suihua Cold Black Soil Green Products Association in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and implemented after being submitted to the relevant departments for examination and approval.
