In fact, the customer’s standard trademark is in one direction, it is just printed on the shoes, and it is divided into left and right feet. The direction of the trademark on one foot is opposite to the original trademark. When the customer came over with a revised opinion, there was a sentence saying "logo has to be printed and embossed at the side of toe cap". What I understand is that the logo should be printed on the toe cap. Now it seems they want the logo to be towards the toe. A design drawing was also sent out at that time, and it was of the wrong left foot. When the report was sent to the factory, the design drawings and the trademark were attached, but the factory was not informed of the direction issue. I was not aware of it. Originally, the customer requested that the shoes be made first and pictures taken for them to see, but the company's QC colleagues said that the factory could not redo them and could only show them when the goods were in large quantities. Nowadays, the direction of the trademark on the left foot of the big products is wrong, and the direction of the trademark on the right foot is correct. I blame myself a lot, is this my fault? If it were to be redone, the entire left foot would have to be redone. It was too late a year ago, and we couldn't start with part of the leg. Now the guest said they will be contacted today, no matter what, hope it is accepted.
