Since then, winter vegetable workshops in villages around Zhuangzi have proliferated. 1736- 1795 (during the Qianlong period), several winter vegetable workshops in Jinghai county, which were dominated by changjia, learned from the production technology of spiced pickles in Tianjin sauce garden, further improved the processing technology of winter vegetables, produced winter vegetables with better export feeling and better storage resistance, and gradually formed a unique variety of pickles. In the late Qianlong period, the winter dishes in Chenguantun and Ji Zhuangzi became popular flavor foods and began to be exported, which were called Chenguantun Winter Cuisine or Jinghai Winter Cuisine.
In the early years of the Republic of China, Chang Fuyuan, a descendant of the Chang family in Ji Zhuangzi village, founded the "Qingchangde Sauce Shop", which specializes in winter dishes. 1927 (Republic of China 16) The sauce shop was renamed as "Shanquanyong", and an operating organization was set up in Guanjia Tangfang Hutong in the northwest corner of Tianjin, with wholesale and retail, and a warehouse was built in Sanyuan Village to store raw materials and finished products. The winter dish produced is called Sagittarius, which is officially registered. In the same year, a village was established in Hong Kong to export winter vegetables to Southeast Asia, which was very popular. From then on, the winter vegetables in the areas of Chen Guantun and Ji Zhuangzi became famous, and some businessmen in Tianjin and other places set up workshops to produce and operate winter vegetables. The winter vegetables in Jinghai entered the golden age of production and sales.
After the founding of New China, the winter vegetable production in Jinghai developed rapidly. Since 1965, Tianjin Food Import and Export Corporation has set up a winter vegetable processing factory in this county with the name of "Tianjin Winter Vegetable" and the export trademark of "Great Wall Brand". The export volume has increased greatly, the technology has been continuously improved, and we are determined to operate.
