Tmall International Brand Sales Authorization Requirements Description

Tmall International does not require a fixed template for brand sales authorization, but should pay attention to the following requirements:
A. What needs to be given to Tmall International is the brand name consistent with the information on the trademark registration certificate;
B. the name of the licensing company and the name of the licensee;
C. When the authorization link is multi-level authorization, the Licensor has the right to sub-authorize, except the brand. If the authorization link is A-B-C, the authorization document from Company A to Company B should state that Company B has the right to sublicense the brand.
(2) Authorized signatory to clarify
If the trademark holder is an individual, a scanned copy of his signed identity document (passport/ID card/driver's license) must be provided, and the document must be within the validity period.
