The competent department refers to the business competent department at the central or provincial level. Foreign applicants should also submit proof of subject qualifications and certification documents from the corresponding competent authorities, with Chinese translations attached.
The management rules for the use of collective trademarks should include the purpose, membership, conditions, procedures, and quality of goods or services of the collective trademark.

(6) If you apply for registration of a portrait as a trademark, you must provide a letter of authorization from the portrait owner and have it notarized by a notary office.
(7) If a foreign applicant claims priority, he must fill in the initial filing country, initial filing date and application number on the application form, and submit priority certification documents to the Trademark Office within three months. Without the submission of supporting documentation, the priority request will be invalid.
(8) Applicants for trademark registration should fill in the product name and service items in a specific and standardized manner in accordance with the "International Classification of Goods or Services for Trademark Registration", as well as the use of the goods and main raw materials.
