Tanjiu is produced in Taiping Town, Gulin County, Chishui River, Sichuan Province. Xiantan Distillery was founded in 1964 and has a history of 6 years.
The predecessor of Tanjiu in the first brewing base is Shilianghe Distillery, which belongs to a state-owned enterprise. It is said that it was once named as "tribute wine" by Zhu Yuanzhang, the founding emperor of the Ming Dynasty.
In order to meet the needs of market development, Fang Jiulun established Sichuan Xiantan Liquor Group Co., Ltd. in 25, which is a well-known large-scale liquor enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales of Maotai-flavor liquor in China, with two famous trademarks of "Tanjiu" and "Xiantan" in China.
Since p>213, Sichuan Xiantan Liquor Sales Co., Ltd. has been established (now located in Chuanxi Group, No.3 Chuangye Road, Wuhou District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province).
Sichuan Gulin Xiantan Winery Co., Ltd. is located in Taiping Town, Gulin County, Chishui River, where the border between Sichuan and Guizhou provinces is known as the "Wine River". Xiantan Winery is adjacent to Maotai Winery and Langjiu Winery.
