A certification trademark is a symbol used to prove the origin, raw materials, manufacturing methods, quality or other specific qualities of the commodity or service. Applicants for collective trademarks must be legally established organizations with legal personality; However, the applicant who certifies the trademark must also have the ability to detect and supervise the specific quality of the goods or services.
