Materials required to apply for assessment and award of trademark agent qualifications

Legal analysis: 1. Application form for trademark agent qualification assessment;

2. Applicant’s education or degree certificate and professional and technical position certificate;

3. Work resume and resident ID card with opinions signed by the human resources department of the applicant's unit;

4. Letter of opinion issued by the applicant's unit or the trademark agency to which he plans to transfer;

5. Copies of articles related to trademark law published in academic journals at or above the provincial level;

6. Other materials required by the assessment agency.

Legal basis: "Measures for the Assessment of Trademark Agent Qualifications"

Article 6 To apply for assessment and grant of trademark agent qualifications, the following documents and materials should be submitted:

(1) Application form for trademark agent qualification assessment;

(2) Applicant’s education or degree certificate and professional and technical position certificate;

(3) Personnel department of the applicant’s unit Work resume and resident ID card with signed opinions;

(4) Letter of opinion issued by the applicant’s unit or the trademark agency to be transferred;

(5) In the province Copies of articles related to trademark law published in academic journals above grade 1;

(6) Other materials required by the assessment authority.

Article 7 The Trademark Office shall review the documents and materials submitted for the assessment and grant of trademark agent qualifications, and make a decision respectively to approve or disapprove the grant of qualifications. For those who are approved to be granted trademark agent qualifications, a "Trademark Agent Qualification Certificate" will be issued.
