1. The validity period of a registered trademark is ten years, starting from the date of approval. If a registered trademark needs to continue to be used after expiration, an extension of registration should be applied for six months before expiration;

2. If no application is filed during this period, a six-month extension period can be given. If the application is still not filed, the trademark will be cancelled.
