Generally speaking, the following procedures need to be followed to run a winery: 1. Choose the form of winery, which can be a company or other enterprises; 2. Write the articles of association; 5. To register a company, go to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to get various forms for company establishment registration, fill them out and submit them to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau, and then wait for the business license; 6. With the business license, go to the engraving agency designated by the Public Security Bureau to engrave the seal; 7. Go to the bank to open a company basic deposit account; 8. After obtaining the business license, apply for tax registration at the local tax bureau; 9. Because the company sells goods, it has to go to the IRS to apply for invoices; 1. For trademark registration, it is best to have the same name as the name of the winery; 11. A liquor production and operation license shall also be obtained.
