1. When the trademark needs to be transferred, the subject applying for the trademark (that is, the subject with the exclusive right to use the trademark) needs to be changed;

2. When the trademark subject is an enterprise, the name of the enterprise changes and the trademark needs to be changed;

3. When the main body of the trademark is an enterprise, if the business license address of the enterprise needs to be changed, the trademark address should also be changed.

Paragraph 1 of Article 49 of the Trademark Law stipulates: "Where a trademark registrant arbitrarily changes the registered trademark, the name and address of the registrant or other registered items in the process of using the registered trademark, the local administrative department for industry and commerce shall order it to make corrections within a time limit; If it fails to make corrections within the time limit, its registered trademark shall be revoked by the Trademark Office.
