Part I:

Looking back on my internship life, I was deeply touched and gained a lot. Through practice, I have realized that practice is the standard for testing truth. If you only study without practice, then what you have learned is equal to zero, and theory should be combined with practice. I feel that practice is the second classroom of college life, the source of constant innovation and development of knowledge, the touchstone of testing truth, and an effective way for college students to exercise and grow. Only in practice can a person's knowledge and ability play a role and be enriched, perfected and developed. To grow up, college students should be diligent in practice, combine their theoretical knowledge with practice, continue to learn in practice, constantly sum up, gradually improve and innovate, and improve their comprehensive quality and ability in practice, so as to lay a good foundation for the success of their career.

Through this period of internship, I learned something that I couldn't learn in school. Because the environment is different, the people and things you contact are different, and what you learn from it is naturally different. We should not only learn what we have learned in school well, but also learn other knowledge from life practice and constantly arm ourselves from all aspects in order to stand out and express ourselves in the competition. Learn to learn from practice and practice from learning. During this internship, I realized a lot of work knowledge and my will was tempered, which will have a great influence on my future study and work. What you get on paper is shallow, and you never know that it needs to be done. You can't do things with a superior eye and a superior hand. It is often not easy to do things that seem simple well. Only by personal practice can you know their roots and make ideal achievements. In practice, we should combine the theoretical knowledge we have learned with practice, cultivate the innovative spirit of being brave in exploration, improve the practical ability, strengthen the ability of social activities, and have a serious learning attitude, so as to lay a solid foundation for going to work.

As this is my first internship, some of my work is slow and hard. However, with the care and help of my colleagues and classmates, I have made continuous progress and growth, and I have fully felt the unity and warmth of this big family of the company. So I decided to stick to it even if I am tired and tired, so I feel a lot easier to work. Therefore, with an open mind and the guidance and assistance of the intern teacher, I quickly adapted to this job.

Graduation internship is a compulsory course for every undergraduate, and it is also a very important compulsory course for life. During these two short months of internship in xxx, I benefited a lot and made good preparations for my formal entry into xx after graduation.

I. About the internship company

The Romon Group Co., Ltd., which I worked as an intern in, was founded in 1984 and is a national, non-regional, cross-industry and modern large-scale clothing enterprise group approved by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. The annual sales volume of Romon suits, the leading product, ranks first in the country. The comprehensive market share of suits in China ranks second, and the company has passed ISO92 international quality system certification and ISO141 international environmental management system certification. "Romon" is now a registered trademark of more than 2 countries, including the United States, French, Italian, Russian and Japanese, and is a well-known trademark of China and China. Through the Romon brand OEM model, Romon Group has cooperated with international large enterprise groups, accelerated the pace of internationalization, and then became one of the world's clothing brand enterprises.

Second, the content of the internship

On February 5 this year, that is, the eighth day of the Lunar New Year, I officially entered Romon and started my internship. As I am a fresh graduate, I am very unfamiliar with the management mode of the enterprise. The company asked our manager in the northern region, Mr. Liu, to take me to study and guide my daily practice by taking my apprentice as a master. Under the enthusiastic guidance of Mr. Liu, I learned about the company's basic products, industrial structure and information implementation in turn, and actively participated in related work, paying attention to comparing the management theoretical knowledge and information management related knowledge learned from books with practical work, deepening my understanding of practical work with theoretical knowledge, and verifying that what I have learned in the university is really useful with practice. Completed the dual tasks of study and work in a dual capacity. Go to work like colleagues in the company, and assist colleagues to complete the work of the department; As a student, I study with an open mind and try my best to gain practical knowledge. I know in my heart that I should adapt to the company's work and complete the company's tasks with a good working attitude, strong working ability and diligence. The short internship life is tense, novel and rewarding. Through the internship, I have a deep perceptual and rational understanding of the production, management and development prospects of Ningbo garment enterprises.

In the company, my main task is to contact the branches in North China, count the weekly sales situation, and participate in the release and ordering meeting of the company's spring, summer, autumn and winter products. The spring, summer, autumn and winter product ordering meeting in Romon is an important activity of the company, which determines the regional distribution of the company's spring, summer, autumn and winter products and the items that each branch can put on the shelves. In order to expand the company's control over the branches, The company changed the annual ordering-production-delivery mechanism to the market research-production-distribution mechanism, which strengthened the company's control over the terminal market stores. Due to lack of experience, I took many detours when doing data statistics, which brought a lot of trouble to my colleagues' work, but our manager didn't criticize me, but let me continue to do things well. I was very encouraged and encouraged.

Third, the improvement and harvest of internship

During my internship life, I felt deeply, and there were many improvements, but the most important thing for me was the improvement of my working ability. The main purpose of graduation practice is to improve the social work ability of our fresh graduates, how to apply what they have learned, and give us a chance to practice and practice all kinds of written and practical knowledge they have learned during their college years. Since I entered Lomon, I have actively participated in enterprise market research, product tracking, product sales, and understanding of various products of the enterprise, and familiarized myself with the branches of the enterprise with a positive attitude of being willing to work, being open-minded and eager to learn, and being conscientious and responsible in my work. The feedback from the internship unit shows that during the internship, I have strong adaptability, certain organizational and communication skills, and can well complete the tasks assigned to me by the enterprise during the internship.

There are four main aspects in the internship:

First, through direct participation in the operation process of the enterprise, I learned practical knowledge, and at the same time further deepened my understanding of theoretical knowledge, which improved both theoretical and practical knowledge and successfully completed the practical task of undergraduate teaching.

Secondly, I have improved my practical working ability and gained some valuable practical experience for employment and future work.

Fourth, I am ready for the formal work after graduation.
