Keyboard failure of notebook computer is mostly caused by software or keyboard string, short circuit or other hardware failure, which leads to other key failures. It is suggested that you can check the following to confirm the fault and try:

1. Boot into PE or Dos mode with U disk or CD, and confirm whether it is available.

2. Check whether there are foreign objects under the key. If there are foreign objects, it is recommended to turn the machine upside down or shake it. It can also be simply disassembled with tools such as brushes, tweezers and hair dryers (be careful not to damage the bracket under the button, and it is not recommended for non-professionals to try to avoid more serious damage). If the situation is serious, it is recommended that you send it to the after-sales service center for cleaning and maintenance by professional engineers.

3. Confirm whether the keyboard has a soaking history and whether it can bounce up normally after pressing the fault button. If it has been flooded or can't bounce normally, you need to go to the Samsung after-sales service center, and the engineer will help you with further inspection and maintenance.
