1. Connect the Apple phone to the computer, open iTunes on the computer, and click iPhone;

Connect the iPhone to the computer and choose to trust this computer when prompted; on the computer Open Computer or My Computer, click in layer by layer, and you will see the photos and videos taken inside: right-click to copy, then enter the folder you want to save on the computer, click Paste, and it will be saved to the computer.
