When the same building has multiple roof forms, the building height should be calculated separately according to the above method, and the maximum value should be taken.

Auxiliary rooms, such as watchtower, cooling tower, water tank room, microwave antenna room or facilities, elevator room, exhaust and smoke room, stair exit room, etc., which occupy less than 1/4 of the building area, may not be included in the building height.

Difference between structural elevation and building elevation;

Building elevation: refers to the elevation after decoration, such as "the ground elevation of the first floor of ground engineering is 0.000".

Structural elevation: refers to the elevation before decoration. For example, the ground engineering decoration method is 5cm, and the elevation of the first floor structure is -0.050.

The relationship between building facade and structural facade is also worth mentioning. Generally speaking, the floor elevation is the structural elevation, which is the same in the description of architectural drawings and structural drawings. Moreover, in the general description of most architectural drawings, unless the building has special requirements for height, the "facade is the structural facade" will be different.
