Violation of Trademark Law

Tea China reported on May 5: Starting from May 1, the new Trademark Law will be officially implemented. In order to prevent some brands from using "well-known trademarks" to mislead consumers, Article 14, paragraph 5, of the new Trademark Law stipulates that producers and operators cannot use the words "well-known trademarks" on goods, product packaging or containers, or Used in advertising, exhibitions and commercial activities. At the same time, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce also clarified: "Well-known trademarks" are excepted if they are used on commodities or commodity packaging containers and have entered the circulation field before May 1. In other words, products with "well-known trademarks" that have entered the market before May 1 can continue to be sold after May 1 until they are sold out.
