The first article is to safeguard the "Chinese Time-honored Brands" To improve the credibility of the brand, strengthen the management of the "Chinese Time-honored Brand" logo, standardize the use of the "Chinese Time-honored Brand" logo, and formulate these regulations in accordance with the "Chinese Time-honored Brand" Recognition Standards (Trial).
Article 2 The use of the “Chinese Time-honored Brand” logo shall comply with these regulations.
Article 3 The “Chinese Time-honored Brand” logo applies to “Chinese Time-honored Brand” enterprises or brands recognized by the Ministry of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as “Chinese Time-honored Brand” enterprises). Enterprises or individuals that have not been recognized as "Chinese Time-honored Brands" are not allowed to use the "Chinese Time-honored Brands" logo and words.
Article 4 The Ministry of Commerce shall implement unified supervision and management of the use of the "Chinese Time-honored Brands" logo. Local commercial authorities shall supervise and manage the use of "Chinese time-honored brand" logos within their jurisdiction according to the division of responsibilities.
Article 5 The "Chinese Time-honored Brand" logo belongs to the Ministry of Commerce and consists of standard graphics and "Chinese Time-honored Brand" Chinese and English text. The graphics can be used alone or in combination with text. The logo has 3 standard colors and 4 standard combinations for enterprises to choose from. It is recommended to use the first "Chinese time-honored brand" 2-color logo. The "Chinese Time-honored Brand" logo's standard graphics, standard fonts, standard colors, standard combinations and how to use it in combination with trademarks are detailed in the attachment.
Article 6 "Chinese Time-honored Brand" enterprises may use the unified "Chinese Time-honored Brand" logo in the packaging, decoration, instructions, advertising, Internet and other media of corresponding products or services.
Article 7 The Ministry of Commerce shall uniformly produce “Chinese Time-honored Brand” certificates and plaques with unified numbers. Certificates may not be copied without permission. If you need to copy and use the plaque, you can apply to the Ministry of Commerce through the provincial commerce department, and indicate the purpose, quantity and scope of use. After approval, it will be produced according to the specified style and technology, and will be recorded and supervised by the provincial commercial department.
Article 8 When the "Chinese Time-honored Brand" logo is used, it must be used according to the prescribed style. It can be enlarged or reduced in proportion, but the proportion and hue of the logo must not be changed.
Article 9 When the "Chinese Time-honored Brand" logo is printed, the background color of the attached medium shall not affect the standard hue of the logo, and shall not overlap other colors and patterns.
Article 10 The "Chinese Time-honored Brand" logo can only be used on products or services that are consistent with the title of "Chinese Time-honored Brand", and the scope of use may not be expanded.
Article 11 An enterprise that has been canceled as a "Chinese Time-honored Brand" will stop using the "Chinese Time-honored Brand" logo from the date of cancellation, and is responsible for cleaning up the relevant "Chinese Time-honored Brand" logos it uses. The original plaques and certificates will be taken back by the provincial commerce department and destroyed and cancelled.
Article 12 After the corporate name and registered trademark ownership of a "Chinese Time-honored Brand" enterprise changes, the right to use the "Chinese Time-honored Brand" logo will also change, but it must be approved by the provincial commercial director within 10 days. The department reports to the Ministry of Commerce for filing.
Article 13 The Ministry of Commerce is responsible for the interpretation of these regulations.
Article 14 These regulations will come into effect from the date of promulgation.
