Relatively complete process:

1. Color mixing: Add a certain proportion of color paste and curing agent to liquid silicone, and stir evenly.

2. Vacuuming: Put the stirred silica gel into a silica gel vacuum machine and vacuum it until there are no bubbles. If there is no vacuum, the products produced will have bubbles.

3. Manual scraping: Use a silicone strip to take an appropriate amount of vacuumed silicone, apply it evenly on the mold, and scrape off the excess silicone.

4. Silicone glue planting machine hot pressing: scrape the silicone mold and place it upside down at the designated position on the garment. Push the slide table manually to perform hot pressing.

5. Cold molding and demoulding: Place the hot-pressed garments and molds on the cooling table for cooling, which will facilitate better and faster demoulding of the product
