6. Party A and Party B establish cooperation mechanisms such as medical resource sharing, remote consultation, and appointment diagnosis and treatment. Party B will transfer inspection items that cannot be carried out to Party A for completion, and establish a convenient channel for inquiries.

7. Based on Party B’s needs, Party A will regularly dispatch medical personnel to Party B to carry out consultations, ward rounds, training, surgeries, consultations, etc., to improve the overall service capabilities of primary care.

8. Party A will extend the hospital management assessment system and concepts to Party B, regularly help Party B conduct assessments, and guide Party B to make rectifications and improvements.

9. Party A will provide Party B with further education, professional technical training and observation for free. Party A will promptly notify Party B to participate when it holds academic exchanges and expert lectures.

10. Party A will promote safe, effective, standardized and appropriate technologies to Party B, and support Party B in building a specialty specialty and developing specialty therapies.

11. Matters not covered in this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation between Party A and Party B.

This agreement is made in triplicate, with Party A and Party B and the Banner Planning Bureau each holding one copy.
