Can the combined trademark of "text + graphics" be used separately?

No, according to the relevant provisions of my country’s Trademark Law and its Implementing Rules: (1) When the trademark graphics and text are used separately on the same kind of goods, if the logo of the registered trademark is added, then It violates the first paragraph of Article 48 of the Trademark Law and is an act of "passing off a registered trademark". (2) When using the trademark graphics and words separately on the same kind of goods, if the logo of the registered trademark is not added, and the graphics and words have not been registered as trademarks by others, your company's behavior does not violate my country’s current laws. (3) When the trademark graphics and words are used separately on the same kind of goods, although the logo of the registered trademark is not added, but the graphics or words are registered as trademarks by others on the same kind of goods, the company's behavior violates Article 52 of the Trademark Law stipulates that it constitutes “the use of a trademark that is identical or similar to the registered trademark on the same or similar goods without the permission of the trademark registrant.”
