Yibin Wuliangye Co., Ltd. sued Beijing Yinwubao Liquor Co., Ltd., a liquor "Qiliangye" producer, Gao Mou, a shareholder of the company, and Beijing Zhongyuan Fruit and Vegetable Production and Marketing Professional Cooperative, a sales company, because it believed that its registered trademark had been infringed. Beijing No.2 Intermediate Court has accepted the case.
