Five conditions are required for 1% successful renewal:

Condition 1: Apply within 12 months before the expiration;

condition 2: submit the application within six months after the expiration;

condition 3: handle it by yourself or entrust a trademark agency for filing with the Trademark Office;

Condition 4: Pay the registration fee for trademark renewal, 45 yuan;

Condition 5: Submit the Application for Trademark Renewal Registration+a copy of the stamped or signed identification document.
