1. When transferring a trademark, the buyer confirms the intention to purchase the trademark and agrees on the price. Provide copies of the transferee’s ID card and business license.

2. The buyer signs a trademark purchase entrustment agreement and pays the advance payment. The buyer signs a trademark purchase entrustment agreement with Jindian Trademark and pays part of the advance payment.

3. The seller provides the original trademark registration, scanned copy of the notarial certificate, and other relevant signed documents.

4. After the above information of the seller is verified by the trademark review and is correct, the seller shall present it to the buyer and sign the documents and pay the balance at the same time. Receive relevant materials from the buyer and scan them to the buyer. The buyer will settle the balance after seeing the scanned copy. Jindian Trademark will transfer the transfer fee to the seller in one go and send relevant materials and documents to the buyer at the same time. The buyer provides legal and valid trademark transfer information and signs the required documents for trademark transfer.

5. The agency company completes the transfer documents and submits the application. If Jindian Trademark needs to go through transfer procedures, the seller of the trademark transfer will send the above materials back to Jindian Trademark. Jindian Trademark submits a trademark transfer application to the State Trademark Office. The Trademark Office issues a trademark transfer acceptance notice to both parties and formally accepts the trademark transfer application in writing (generally it takes about 2 months))

6. The Trademark Office approves the transfer and issues a certificate, and the transfer is completed.
