1. Legal persons, natural persons and social groups in this country or abroad can register as long as they use the trademark legally.

2. After the application materials are submitted, the application department will review the documents, trademark samples, etc. to determine their legality.

3. If the substantive examination fails, the applicant will be notified and the applicant must respond within the corresponding time. If it is overdue, the application number will not be retained.

4. If the application passes the review, an announcement will be made at the designated location, and there will be a three-month objection period.

5. If the objection period is not passed, a registration certificate will be issued. The whole process will take about one to two years.
