According to different applicants for trademark registration, there are two situations: 1, which is the same as the applicant for the first trademark, and then the application for a new trademark will not be rejected; 2. If the applicants of two trademark applications are different, they will be rejected.

For example, when you registered a trademark for the first time, you registered it in the name of a company, and your second registered trademark was registered in the name of a legal person, which is equivalent to two applicants, which violates the relevant provisions of Articles 30 and 31 of the Trademark Law. The specific provisions are as follows:

1. Article 30 Where a trademark applied for registration does not conform to the relevant provisions of this Law, or is identical with or similar to a trademark that has been registered or preliminarily approved by others on the same commodity or similar commodities, the Trademark Office shall reject the application and shall not publish it.

2. Article 31 Where two or more applicants for trademark registration apply for registration with the same or similar trademarks on the same or similar goods, they shall preliminarily examine and approve and announce the trademarks applied for earlier; Where an application is filed on the same day, the prior trademark shall be preliminarily examined and announced, and the application of others shall be rejected without announcement.
