This standard specifies the inspection standards and general specifications for aluminum profiles of solar cell module series.
It is suitable for incoming inspection and production process inspection of component aluminum profiles.

The material grade of the profile is 6063 T5, and the supplier shall provide material reports regularly.
surface hardness
Test the hardness of 3~5 points on the inner surface of a profile with a hardness tester, and take the average value as the test hardness.
oxidation film
4.4. 1 The oxide film must be matte oxidized. The appearance color shall be compared with the physical standard sample of the sealed sample confirmed by both parties. 4.4.2 On the same profile, the thickness of oxide film reaches AA 15, specifically, the average thickness of oxide film is measured at 5~8 points, and the average film thickness of a single piece is ≥ 15um, and the local film thickness of a single piece is ≥ 12um.
Bending/twisting degree of profile
When the profile is closely attached to the platform and stabilized by its own weight, the maximum gap between the profile bottom and the platform measured along the length of the profile is required to be ≤1.5 mm.
4.6 Appearance quality
Normal vision, under the condition of natural scattered light, the detected contour is placed at a distance of 0.5m from the observer's eyes without using an amplifier, and the observation duration is 10 second.
4.6. 1 The surface of the profile shall be smooth, and there shall be no defects such as peeling, cracks, corrosion, alkali precipitation, bumping and bubbles;
4.6.2 There should be no bad oxidation on the profile surface, such as local obvious color difference and pockmarks;
4.6.3 Profile edges and corners:
The number of cracks with width ≤ 1mm and depth ≤0.5mm is less than1/m;
If there is no obvious depth, the length of slightly scratched or damaged hair is ≤30mm, and the number is ≤1/m.
4.6.4 Slight dents, bulges and scratches are allowed on the profile surface.
For area defects such as pitting corrosion and wear, the area without depth shall be ≤5mm2, and the area with depth shall be ≤0.2mm ≤ 2mm.
For strip defects, such as strain, scratch and wear degree:

4.6.5 Local deformation is allowed at the end of profile due to deep machining, and its longitudinal length is not allowed to exceed 5 mm 。
The above defects are not allowed to be relatively concentrated, the total number of decorative surfaces is not allowed to exceed 4 /m, and the total number of non-decorative surfaces is not allowed to exceed 6/m.
4.7 Depth of extrusion marks of dies
In principle, it is not allowed to exceed 0.03mm, and it can be qualified if there is no obvious mold extrusion trace by visual inspection.
5. Description:
1. The upper and lower surfaces of the external surface of the profile are decorative surfaces, and the side surfaces are non-decorative surfaces.
The appearance quality of the inner surface is intuitive, and there is no obvious quality problem.
2. Requirements for corrosion resistance, alkali resistance and weather resistance of oxide film, and require suppliers to provide relevant reports when necessary.
