How to inquire whether the Notice of Trademark Acceptance has been issued?
A general trademark will receive a notice of trademark acceptance about one month after submitting the application.

If it is a paper application, a paper admission notice will be issued and delivered by mail;

If it is an electronic application, the Notice of Trademark Acceptance will be sent to the applicant in the form of an electronic document;

If you apply through an agency, you will send an acceptance notice to the agency. You can ask the agency.

The progress of trademark application can be inquired from official website of China National Intellectual Property Administration Trademark Office. You can inquire about the progress of application by entering the name of the applicant or the applied trademark.
