It is a family. "Sanquan Ling" is a glutinous rice dumpling brand owned by Sanquan Company.

You may be curious about why the word "Ling" is added. It is because there was a TV series "Ling Tangyuan" in the early 1990s about "Ling Tangyuan", a time-honored glutinous rice dumpling brand (it is basically true outside of TV dramas) After the TV series was broadcast, several glutinous rice dumpling manufacturers rushed to register the glutinous rice dumpling trademark "Ling". Sanquan Company did not grab it, and later registered the trademark "Sanquan Ling".

So "Sanquan Ling" is a glutinous rice dumpling trademark of Sanquan Company, not a subsidiary. Sanquan also has other glutinous rice dumplings such as "Xinpai Tangyuan" and "Sure Love Tangyuan". But dumplings are simply called "Sanquan dumplings". Currently, there is no such thing as "Sanquanling dumplings"
