The functions and powers of the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board
The Trademark Committee independently exercises the adjudication power of trademark review according to law. The Trademark Review and Adjudication Board takes facts as the basis and law as the criterion to handle trademark review matters. The Trademark Review and Adjudication Board handles trademark review matters in collegiate form, implements the voting system for members and follows the principle that the minority is subordinate to the majority. The Trademark Review and Adjudication Board shall conduct a written hearing on the trademark review and adjudication.

The Trademark Review and Adjudication Board shall set up an expert advisory group to solicit opinions on relevant issues in trademark review and adjudication. The expert advisory group consists of several legal experts in the field of intellectual property rights, and its members are appointed by the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board.

Since its establishment, China Trademark Association has done a lot of work in carrying out trademark theory research, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of member enterprises' trademarks, coordinating the relationship between enterprises and the government, strengthening the guidance on trademark management of member enterprises, doing a good job in trademark legal publicity, running China Trademark magazine and member newsletter, and achieved good results. It is an influential national organization in China's trademark industry.

Since its establishment, China Trademark Association has received extensive attention from the international intellectual property community. The association attaches great importance to strengthening exchanges and cooperation with the international intellectual property community, carries out foreign exchanges with a positive attitude and steady measures, and has established extensive contacts with private trademark organizations in many countries and regions around the world.

These include the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the International Trademark Association (INTA), the French Manufacturers' Federation (UDF), the French Industrial Property Office and the French Bureau of Geographical Names, the Thai Ministry of Commerce and related intellectual property organizations, the Malaysian Independent Brand Association, the Independent Brand Association of Taiwan Province Province, China, the Taiwan Province Intellectual Property Association and the Taiwan Province Gold Trademark Association.

China Trademark Association has an office, a member department, a legal advisory department, an editorial department of China Trademark and a trademark review and adjudication center for enterprises in China.
