Introduction of Fang Shuijing Liquor
Fang Shuijing is a traditional famous wine of Han nationality. From the end of the Yuan Dynasty to the beginning of the Ming Dynasty, through the Ming and Qing Dynasties, to the present, it is the layout of "front shop and back square", which lasted for five or six hundred years without interruption. It is "the only example of ancient brewing workshops and wineries discovered in China", which strongly proves Li Shizhen's view that "shochu is not an ancient law, but originated in the Yuan Dynasty". This archaeological discovery is recognized by experts in archaeology, history and liquor industry as "the oldest winery in China", "the wordless history book of Luzhou-flavor liquor in China", "the Terracotta Warriors in China liquor industry" and "the first liquor factory in China". Because she filled the gap in the special archaeology of China winery site, she was awarded the well-known trademark of "1999 Top Ten Archaeological Discoveries in China" by National Cultural Heritage Administration.
