"The Standing Committee of the Chongqing Municipal People's Congress on the Abolition of "Chongqing The Decision on the Municipal Famous Trademark Recognition and Protection Regulations was adopted at the second meeting of the Standing Committee of the Fifth People’s Congress of Chongqing on March 29, 2018, and is hereby announced and shall come into effect on the date of promulgation.

The Standing Committee of the Chongqing Municipal People's Congress abolished the "Chongqing Famous Trademark Recognition and Regulations" Decision of the Protection Regulations

(Adopted at the second meeting of the Standing Committee of the Fifth People’s Congress of Chongqing on March 29, 2018)

The Fifth People’s Congress of Chongqing The second meeting of the Standing Committee decided to abolish the "Chongqing Regulations on the Recognition and Protection of Famous Trademarks" (adopted at the 26th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Third Chongqing Municipal People's Congress on September 22, 2011).

This decision shall come into effect from the date of promulgation.
