(2) Unit application: The unit applying for the admission qualification of public rental housing in this district must be an organ with legal person status and various enterprises, institutions or groups operating in this district.
And its branches, whose employees have signed labor contracts with the unit for more than 1 year (including 1 year), and the unit promises to pay social insurance premiums in this city; The rent is paid directly by the unit or paid by the employee after the unit provides guarantee.
Units that meet one of the following conditions may apply first:
1. Medical, education, scientific research, city appearance and sanitation, public transportation and rail transit, public management and other units that have a significant impact on the development of social undertakings in the region;
2. Enterprises such as modern service industry, information industry and scientific and technological R&D enterprises that are in line with the industrial development orientation and government support in this area;
3. Units with a total tax payment of 10 million yuan or more in the previous year;

Identified by the District People's Government, the units listed in the list of key units shall be given key support in accordance with the relevant policies of this Municipality.
