Service process

1. Make a call: Our services cover the whole city, which is a great convenience for customers. So, when your appliance breaks down, don’t fret about it. With just a phone call, we are ready to provide you with professional, fast and high-quality services.

2. Registration and appointment: You need to describe the type, brand, model, fault phenomenon of the electrical appliance, as well as your contact information and address. We will be able to provide door-to-door service faster and more conveniently.

3. Door-to-door service on time: We will arrive at the location on time according to the scheduled door-to-door service time.

4. Check the fault: When it is convenient to turn on the machine, we will first test the fault of the electrical appliance in order to eliminate the fault symptomatically. After testing and troubleshooting, the maintenance technician found the general cause of the electrical failure.

5. Determine the cost: Before formally troubleshooting, report the cause of the fault and the cost of repairing the fault, so that you can be aware of it. At the same time, you may forego repairs because the price exceeds your budget. If you give up the repair, our staff will only charge 40 to 100 yuan for a door-to-door dry run fee.
