Binjiang District belongs to Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, and is located on the south bank of the downstream of Qiantang River. It borders Yingfeng Street, Beigan Street, Chengxiang Street, Shushan Street and Yan Wen Street in Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou in the east and south.
