1. application for trademark transfer/registered trademark (signed or sealed by both parties);

2. Trademark transfer agreement or contract signed by the transferor and the transferee;

3. identification documents of the transferor and the transferee (if it is a legal person, a license shall be provided);

4. Notarial certificate of trademark declaration of notary office (as required by the Trademark Office);

5. If the agency is requested to operate, the original and photocopy of the identity of the agent shall be provided;

6. If the application document is in a foreign language, a Chinese translation confirmed by the signature of the translation agency shall also be provided;

7. Trademark certificate to be transferred.
