2. Application process (smooth situation):
(1) Formal review: after the application is submitted, the legality of the submitted application documents, trademark patterns, power of attorney and other documents is reviewed: if it meets the requirements, the application date and application number will be awarded

(2) substantive examination: according to the law, examine whether the trademark is registrable, whether it is the same as or similar to the previously registered trademark, and whether it violates the prohibition clause of the trademark law. For trademarks that fail to pass the substantive examination, the examiner will notify the applicant in writing and inform him of the reasons for rejection.
