Shaanxi Vocational College of Industry and Commerce is a public institution of higher learning approved by the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government and put on record by the Ministry of Education. The school was formerly Shaanxi Textile and Apparel Vocational and Technical College. On April 20 10, with the approval of the people's government of Shaanxi Province, the Ministry of Education put on record and changed its name to Shaanxi Vocational College of Industry and Commerce.
