1. The required materials are as follows:

1. Application for registration of trademark pledge;

2. Copies of the business licenses of the pledgor and the pledgee;

3. Copies of the "Trademark Registration Certificate";

4. Trademark right pledge contract and the original or notarized copy of the main contract;

5. A trademark evaluation report issued by an evaluation agency recognized by the lending institution;

6. Other materials required by the lending institution.

2. Registration procedures for pledge of exclusive trademark rights

Trademarks can be pledged

Regarding the registration of pledge of trademark and patent rights, in order to implement the "Enterprise Pledge" issued by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, Article 18 of the "Measures for the Administration of Registration of Chattel Mortgages" stipulates the registration of pledge of exclusive rights to trademarks. The State Administration for Industry and Commerce formulates procedures for the registration of pledges of exclusive rights to trademarks.

It clearly states:

When applying for registration of pledge of exclusive rights to trademarks, the following documents should be submitted;

(1) "Pledge of Pledge of Exclusive Rights to Trademarks" filled out in accordance with regulations Registration Application";

(2) Copies of the business licenses of the pledgor and the pledgee (subject to confirmation and seal by the issuing authority);

(3) Pledge Contract Copy;

(4) Copy of the "Trademark Registration Certificate" of the pledged trademark;

(5) If an agent is entrusted to handle registration, the principal (applicant *** (same) power of attorney;

(6) Other materials that should be submitted.
