Trademarks can be the same as long as they are not related to similar goods or services.

Typical examples include: Dove is a trademark used on chocolate, and everyone knows it.

But the same English trademark Dove is used in toiletries (shampoo, shower gel). The two aforementioned trademarks can exist at the same time because they are on different products. If the products are the same, they cannot be registered at the same time.
